2. Services & Deliverables

Media Nerd provides digital marketing services as outlined in individual service agreements and proposals. Our services may include:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Local Visibility

• Social Media Marketing & Management

• Performance Advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads)

• WhatsApp Business Automation

• Web Design & Conversion Landing Pages

• Content Marketing & Brand Authority Building

Specific deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics will be defined in individual client agreements. Results may vary based on market conditions, competition, and other external factors.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms, pricing, and billing schedules will be specified in individual service agreements. General payment terms include:

• All fees are due as specified in the service agreement

• Payment may be required via bank transfer, credit card, or other accepted methods

• Late payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period

• All prices are quoted in the currency specified in the agreement

• Applicable taxes will be added to the quoted fees where required by law

Refund policies are outlined in individual service agreements and depend on the nature and stage of the services provided.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Media Nerd, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery

• Grant necessary access to platforms, accounts, and tools as required

• Respond to communications and approval requests in a timely manner

• Ensure that all materials provided to us do not infringe on third-party rights

• Comply with all applicable advertising regulations and platform policies

Delays in providing required information or approvals may affect project timelines and deliverables.

5. Limitations of Liability

Media Nerd provides its services on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, or results.

We shall not be liable for:

• Changes in search engine algorithms or platform policies

• Third-party platform outages or policy changes

• Loss of data due to client negligence or third-party actions

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services

Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, and materials created by Media Nerd remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified in the service agreement.

• Pre-existing tools, templates, and frameworks remain the property of Media Nerd

• Client-provided content and brand assets remain the property of the client

• Portfolio usage rights: We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Third-party assets used in deliverables are subject to their respective licenses

7. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Cairo, Egypt.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any dispute resolution proceedings.
